We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to collaborate with marketing and sales to develop successful social media campaigns. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 
  •  Execute a results-driven social media strategy. 
  • Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms. 
  • Assist in creating and editing written, video, and photo content. 
  • Attend events and produce live social media content. 
  • Maintain a unified brand voice across different social media platforms. 
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends. 
  • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments. 
  • Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy. 
  • Organize and drive engagement on all social media platforms. 
  • Assist in podcast publishing and the Steve Sommers Overnight Drive radio show.
  • Analyze and report social media data details to the Digital Marketing Manager as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned. 
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  •  Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills. 
  • Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills. 
  • Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multi-task. 
  • Detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. 
  • Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML. 
  • Excellent social listening skills. Excellent leadership and organization skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred. 
  • 1-3 years’ experience with social media marketing or content development.
  • Experience with MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools a plus.
OTHER INFORMATION
  •  Valid Driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation are required for travel for off-site meetings and events.
  •  Ability to lift to 75 pounds. 
 
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
